Trip Dates *

Please enter the dates if you know them (for example, July 15th-July 29th, 2025). If you don't have specific dates already set, give an estimated time range or time as close as you can (for example, June or July 2025, Summer 2025, etc.) This helps us to know how quickly you need the plans and how far in advance you would have to book reservations.

Length of Trip - Number of Nights / Days *

If you know the length of your trip, that will help us determine how many days you need help planning (for example, you could say 5 nights / 6 days or a range 5-7 nights). You can also enter information on if you only need help with a portion of the trip (for example, we will be traveling for 10 days, but we need help planning the last 4 days).

Budget *

Please enter budget considerations or constraints that we need to work within. This helps us know what types of accommodations, restaurants, or activities would be a right fit for your trip plans. It does not have to be precise, but an estimated range will be very helpful.

Trip Destination *

Please enter the location of your trip if you know it. This can be very specific or general (for example, Seattle, Washington or the Pacific Northwest). Enter where you would like your road trip plans to start. You can also add any additional details that would be helpful. (For example, we are leaving from Chicago and can drive a maximum of 6 hours per day.)

How many travelers will be on this trip with you? *

This helps us know what accommodations or reservations will be needed (for example, large groups will require different planning than a Honeymoon trip for 2).
